Not a perfect match? You have 14 days to return your order.
  • The product has to be in the same condition in which you received it/them and with all its/their labels and tags on.
  • Please make sure to fill in the return form enclosed in your order including your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and if there is a specific reason for the return.

  • Use a secure postal service of your choice, and send back your items to the address stated in the return form with a shipping that includes a tracking number. Please obtain your proof of postage.
  • Your return will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt of your return package.
  • Once we have received and processed your return we will contact you by email. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. The fund will reach your account within 5-7 working days after the refund is processed.
  • For orders outside UK

Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the UK can not be refunded.

Duties and taxes payable on returned order will be deducted from the refund total.

When items are marked as Final sale items at the description, They are non refundable, and We only accept return in exchange of store credit notes which can be used within 60 days on our website.
 
FAULTY OR ITEM SENT IN ERRORS

We want to offer you the most Immaculate items, but if despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your item, please contact our Customer Service team at enquiry@jovonnalondon.com with a photo of the defect as well as your personal and order details.

If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you for delivery.
