Chinese markets are very different to Western markets. There is a huge focus. On using social platforms and search engines, thus, the ideal candidate must have experience working with Chinese companies. 

Job title: Public Relationship Manager for Great China area

Salary: from GBP 36,000 per annum 

1. Establish and maintain relationships with the media partners, distribution agencies, industry KOLs and other influential industry players in the overseas region. 

2. B2B market-oriented, with experience in the telecommunication industry and accumulated media resources in this area, is preferred. 

3. Dive deep into our industry to identify new and creative ways to reach influencing media and explore as much paid/earned media as possible.

4. Ability to handle messaging/pitching, information sharing, presentation, and all reporting for all key metrics. 

5. Responsible for Chinese language social media channels, including, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Kuaishou, Weibo etc. 

6. Organizing events or networking in China.

7. Manage SEO performance and collaborate with suppliers to improve brand performance in the Chinese market. 

8. Handles and delivers press relations, including critical public announcements and brand reputation promotion. 

Skills Required: 

1. Fluent in Mandarin is required, and excellent oral, written, and presentation skills combined with precise project management.

2. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, energizing environment.

3. Highly collaborative with extraordinary social and relationship-building skills.

4. Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with other team members to tell a compelling brand story.

5. Previous experience in this position is necessary. Must have extensive knowledge of Chinese markets.


Production Manager

The company is looking for a professional, Production Manager. The Production will be the key line of communication between the factories and the rest of the team.  
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of freelance creatives to make sure they are all working towards
  • hitting design deadlines
  • Communicate with the Director on production timelines to ensure a smooth
  • workflow
  • Turning mock up’s into detailed tech packs that the factory can produce
  • Ensure the definition of the production schedule, management of the flow including
  • the definition of the delivery plans, in line with the expected arrival of the materials
  • and the final garments
  • Supervision of production activities based on what is planned
  • Being the main line of communication between the company and the factories
  • Interface with the purchasing department and suppliers for procurement planning including but not excluding packaging, labelling, fabrics and trims.
